About Nisel

Global Experience. People-First Leadership.

Nisel Anello is a global workplace and facilities leader known for connecting operational performance with employee experience. She believes the strongest workplaces are built by leaders who understand the business, listen to the people closest to the work and make every square foot serve a purpose.

Nisel's career has included leadership across North America, Europe, Asia Pacific and Latin America, supporting complex corporate workplaces, headquarters campuses and multi-site portfolios.

She has led workplace models spanning more than 70 offices and thousands of employees, governed significant operating budgets and guided openings, closures, relocations, restacks, vendor transitions and culture-focused workplace programs.

Her approach combines financial discipline, practical building knowledge, hospitality and a firm belief that the people closest to the work deserve to be heard. Whether navigating organizational change, aligning global standards with local realities or improving the daily employee experience, Nisel approaches workplace leadership as a business strategy—not simply a building function.
